Fit Coach Kristin · For women who already track macros

Eat on Repeat.

One 7-day structure for busy women who already have macros — family dinners, leftover lunches, a food scale, and fewer decisions. Not another app that hands you 21 new recipes every week.

$24.95 one-time. You build one week, print it, and repeat it. This is not a subscription and not an unlimited meal planner. You must have current macros. If you don’t, purchase a custom macro plan separately.

  • One 7-day plan using the foods you already eat — family dinners, leftover lunches, a planned snack
  • A shopping list with weekly totals in grams and grocery amounts (bunches, bags, pieces)
  • Food Swap Tool + real plate photos so you can trade chicken for turkey without a new plan
  • Meals Out guide for restaurants, sports nights, and food you didn’t cook

This is for you if

  • You already have macros (calories, protein, fat, carbs) from a coach or a plan you trust
  • You’re a busy woman — often a mom — cooking for a household, not a separate “diet dinner”
  • You strength-train a few days a week and need a light pre-workout, not a fourth cooked meal
  • Tracking feels like pass/fail. You need one week you can copy until it feels automatic

This is not for you if

  • You want a new menu generated every Sunday
  • You don’t have macros yet (get a custom macro plan first)
  • You want 4,000 recipes, Instacart, and an app that changes dinner for you
  • You’re looking for a monthly meal-planning subscription

See a sample Monday

Put in the macros you already use. You’ll see a sample breakfast and lunch only — popular foods, not your full week.

$24.95 unlocks one 7-day plan in your foods, a shopping list, and the two coaching PDFs. Variety later comes from the swap chart — not a new planner login every week.

How it works

Most meal apps win by giving you a new week forever. This wins by giving you one week you’ll still be eating in week six.

Bring the macros you already have

This does not calculate calories for you. Paste in the targets you’re already assigned.

Build one real week

Tap foods you’ll actually cook. Family dinner. Leftover lunch. Planned snack so the candy jar isn’t the plan.

Eat that week on repeat

Print it. Shop once. Repeat it. Swap from the chart if you want pork instead of chicken. No new plan next Sunday.

Included with your week

The same guides I give coaching clients

You don’t need a new plan for variety or for Friday night tacos. You need rules that keep tracking honest when life isn’t a measured plate.

Food Swap Tool + Easy Meal Examples

Protein, carb, fat, and fruit charts so you can swap without changing the numbers — plus real plate photos. Match cooked weight for protein. Match grams of the macro for carbs and fats. Red meat only swaps with red meat.

Meals Out & Restaurant Tracking

How to plan ahead, log a restaurant meal you didn’t cook, portion visuals when you don’t have a scale, and the best things to order (tacos, fajitas, steak, fish, salad + protein). Best estimates still beat no tracking.

Honest about the numbers

Plan calories are rounded estimates. When you log real foods in your tracking app, values will differ slightly. If fat is low, add avocado, nut butter, oil, olives, or chocolate. If carbs are low, add fruit or more rice, potato, toast, or tortilla. Data is information, not a pass/fail grade.

$24.95 one-time

One 7-day plan for women who already have macros. Shopping list + swap guides + restaurant guide. Not a subscription. Not an unlimited weekly meal planner.

$24.95 is one-time — the plan does not expire. The online builder stays unlocked on this browser and device only (no login). Print or save your PDF; that is the copy you keep. Stripe emails a receipt. Terms & access
